Over the course of the afternoon, we will look at fundraising via bequests; building an impact portfolio, while continuing to meet your organisational objectives; emerging trends in philanthropy and the keys to funding success. We will also bring you a funder's perspective to examine some of these themes from an alternative angle.

ESG

Sustainable Investing

Sustainable investing is an approach that seeks to consider both financial returns and social and environmental outcomes. It involves making an investment while explicitly considering the positive and negative impact an investment may have on stakeholders. This includes both natural capital and the wider community.

Roadmap

The Roadmap

Global economic conditions continue to surprise to the upside but lingering risks remain. After challenging recent conditions, positive sentiment is returning to many sustainable sectors. A toxic mix of structural and cyclical challenges face the US office sector.
